France is proud this event is hosted by Chantilly Golf Club. With its technical, old traditions and reknowned qualities as well as its warm welcoming, this golf club is a players' teaching model. This course hosted several reknowned events as the Professional French Open between 1913 and 1990, several European Team Championships, and the International French Amateur Stroke-Play Championship (Coupe Murat) each year.

A large part of the French Golf Federation sport’s strategy is based on high level.This can only be evaluated in international tournaments.
Gathering 28 nations for this event is a true challenge for each of them.
I am convinced that this second edition success will guarantee even more our involvement to host the European Young Masters for three consecutive years in France.

Message from the Golf de Chantilly President

The Chantilly Golf Club is very happy and proud to host the 2008 European Young Masters. Happy since Chantilly will host this Championship for the first time having already hosted several main EGA Championships in the past; and proud to offer its course to players currently representing the best prospects of European golf and who will surely be champions in the near future.

We wish that all competitors will be able to play their best golf in the best conditions. We do hope they will enjoy their stay in Chantilly and that it will be one of the happiest occasions of their young careers.
